Beer Label Foil:
1.The aluminum foil should be clean and smooth.
2.The end-face of the aluminum foil should be clean and neat.
3.The total number of splices in each foil roll is within 1; foil rolls with splices is no more
than 30 percents of the total products.
The total length between the two splices is no less than 1500 m. The splices should be
fixed by ultrasonic welding or aluminum tape, and be marked.
4.The uncoiling property for foil rolls is favorable without stickiness and teared phenomenon,
and the free uncoiling length for foil rolls is less than or equal to 1.5 m.
5.The brush water experiment for beer label aluminum foil should reach class A.
Pharmaceutical Foil:
1.The foil needs to be plain, free from streaks, unevenness wrinkles, scratches, cracks, rust residuals,
oil spots, oxidation and stains or from any other defects.
2.Splices will be ultrasonically welded and well visible marked by color at the flange a couple of layers
before the joint. Strength of the weld at the seam to be min. 80% of the foil strength.
3.The end face of the foil roll should be plain, no edge warping and bruise.
4.Roll shall be wound firmly on the cores so as to prevent slipping or telescoping and to permit free
unwinding without sticking or tearing. The length of free unwinding should be max1.5m.
Cable Shielding Foil:
1.The cable shielding aluminum foil is in good shape.
2.The joints should be fixed by ultrasonic welding or aluminum tape, and the joints should be
marked on the end- faces according to the contract.
3.The uncoiling property for the aluminum foil is favorable without stickiness, folded and teared
phenomena, and the free uncoiling length for the aluminum foil roll is less than or equal to 1.5 m.
